I had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel is charming with some modern touches, making it a pleasant retreat after my long drive. The location is fantastic for exploring downtown Charlotte, but I did encounter some housekeeping issues that detracted from the experience. Nevertheless, the welcoming staff and comfortable ambiance made for a memorable trip.
